KENYA GOES TO THE DOGS
I am dumbfounded. I am sick. I feel violated. My taxes have been used to murder my fellow citizens. My family, friends and fellow citizens are under siege.
Pictures of dead kids filling the morgue, packed like sardines....unclaimed....
Innocence lost..
I have lost my humanity today.

I have been following this through human rights channels and read about this on Amnesty's website (http://www.amnesty.org/en/news-and-updates/police-kill-protesters-kenya-20080118). I hope for peace and true democracy in Kenya. Although lives have been unfairly lost, it fills me with hope that Kenyans are willing to stand up.
