Rest in Peace..My friends

Dr Godana's academic brilliance was legendary. He was a brilliant man whose sterling academic career is a model to many students who aspire to excel from an area that has been neglected by successive governments.He has a great mind.Godana scored a six-point distinction (the highest grade then) at Marsabit Boys High School, bringing himself and the little known school on the national academic map. He later scored three As at Alliance High School to earn himself a place at the University of Nairobi from where he graduated top of his class with a Bachelor of Law degree first class honors. He then proceeded for a Masters degree in law in London and a PhD in Geneva, Switzerland.

I will miss you Dr Godana,as a friend, a career diplomat,Scholar,leader and a fine gentleman.

Dr Guracha was my Member of Parliament, and a very good medical doctor. I thank you for representing me in Parliament and for championing the interests of the people of Northern Kenya

Sasura my former neigbour in Nairobi, was always helpful and jovial to be around with. One of the most humble people i knew.I will miss your spirit,

General Aden,a very fine soldier who rose to Army commander was a very close family friend. He was a respected soldier and leader. We will miss his dedication, service and leadership.

Police Constable Yusuf guyo(a very young man whose wedding i attended). I pray for his young family.

Surely this is much to bear....personally and for all Kenyans from all walks of life

I mourn the others too, Hon. Mirugi Kariuki ,Hon. Titus Ngoyoni, Major. David Macharia Njoroge Captain Joseph Njogu Mureithi, Bishop William Waqo PPO Thomas Chigamba Mr. Gilbert Siang’a Mr. John Ouma.
